The Latchmere House Partnership is a cooperative group of property related businesses (architects, interior designers, planning consults), operating out of 'Latchmere House' in Canterbury. 

When they planned to exhibit at the Listed Property Show in February I was tasked with concepting, designing and organising the print and installation of their exhibition stand and a swathe of printed marketing collateral.

The highlight of this was 'Partnership Pigments' - a set of sweet filled 'paint' tins, with a colour for each brand. The labels feature raised spot varnish elements to enchance the premium feel. 

A square folder was also designed, complete with a call card for each of the Latchmere House brands, printed on a 400gsm uncoated stock with soft touch lamination for a luxury finish.
